Mustafa Tuncer was elected President of the Turkish-American Business Association (MUSIAD USA) on Saturday for the second time in a row with a huge turnout from all the members around the United States.
MUSIAD members from Florida, California, Texas, Georgia, Massachusetts, Delaware, New York, North Carolina, Maryland and Virginia gathered to participate in the election held at Hilton Newark hotel in New Jersey.

The election was held under the supervision of the general assembly members, Levent Ali Yildiz, Kemal Bozkurt and Yavuz Ekinci.
Israfil Demir was appointed as the Young MUSIAD president.

MUSIAD USA, which has 50 representative branches around the United States, is planning to launch 19 more branches under the presidency of Tuncer.
During his speech, Tuncer stressed the significance of women’s role in the business world and added that there will be more women representation in the organization.
“The business world should emerge from the male-dominated image and reflect the common mind of the equal stakeholders of the society,” said Tuncer in the general assembly meeting.
MUSIAD USA operates under the umbrella of the Independent Industrialists’ and businessmen’s Association
(MUSIAD) which is a non-political, non-profit businessmen association in Turkey.
