Playing Christmas songs in March can be life threatening.
A passenger allegedly choked a driver who wouldn’t stop singing Christmas carols, was arrested last week in Western Pennsylvania.
Western Pennsylvania cops arrested Cayton Lucas, 25, last Monday and charged with trying to strangle the driver of a minivan while he was a passenger, according to a CBS affiliate in Pittsburgh.
The driver told the police that he was barely conscious when Lucas grabbed him from the throat and choked him because he wouldn’t stop singing Christmas songs which was annoying for Lucas.
Lucas was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, strangulation, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
Lucas was brought to the Allegheny County Jail Pittsburgh on $25,000 bond after he was wrestled by the officer because he didn’t listen to him.
Lucas no longer appears to be in custody, according to Pennsylvania Department of Corrections records.
